As Mac Engineer, you will be responsible for performing a broad spectrum of activities in engineering, developing, and deploying a standard Mac solution for customers in the federal government.

This is a full-time remote position and you may telecommute from anywhere in the United States.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Experience in managing and engineering macOS solutions.

  • Strong experience with Mac management suites such as Jamf Pro.

  • Strong experience in software packaging and software deployment for Mac.

  • Experience in configuring and managing policies.

  • Strong knowledge of two-factor authentication solutions for Mac, such as NoMAD or Enterprise Connect – PKI.

  • Experience with performing root cause analysis, risk identification, and risk mitigation.

  • Interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate effectively.

  • Excellent written and oral communications.

  • Candidate must be able to obtain a U.S. “Public Trust” clearance.

  • 7+ years of relevant Mac experience.

Desired Certifications/Experience/Skills:

  • Apple Certified Support Professional

  • Jamf Certified Admin

  • ITIL Foundation Level Certification

  • Working knowledge of macOS command-line and scripting.

  • Experience with VPN connections for Mac.

  • Experience with Git and AutoPKG.

  • Experience with BigFix management software.

  • Experience with the Service Now ticketing system.

  • Experience supporting government customers in secure environments, familiarity of Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) operating standards and applicable guidelines.
