Account Manager

U.S. – Remote

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management and a passion for technology and security, specifically in the Apple ecosystem. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client base, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers.

    • Build and nurture strong relationships, understanding customer needs and technical inquiries.

    • Maximize the value of The New IT’s solutions, focused on how to best meet management, device functionality, and security needs.

  • Apple Consulting Services

    • Develop a strong understanding of The New IT’s unique services relationship with Apple.

    • Collaborate with Apple Business teams and the broader partner community to grow customer consulting and service engagements.

  • Jamf Sales

    • Manage The New IT’s partnership with Jamf, connecting with Jamf Account Executives across various teams.

    • Develop a pipeline of resell, MSP, and professional services customers.

    • Collaborate with Sales Managers to enhance relationships and leverage promotions to drive business growth.

    • Work closely with Channel Account Managers and other resources to foster collaboration and develop new opportunities.

  • Sales Operations

    • Manage sales and CRM systems.

    • Utilize sales and accounting software for quote building and invoicing.

    • Design and manage documents with Microsoft and Apple productivity applications.

  • Required Experience/Skills

    • Strong knowledge of Apple products (hardware, software, and services).

    • Knowledge of device management solutions such as Jamf Pro.

    • Knowledge of how organizations use technology to increase business productivity.

    • Ability to evangelize Apple at Work and modern IT best practices.

    • Ability to lead conversations during briefings, workshops, and special events.

    • 3+ years of relevant Apple experience.

    • Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

This is a remote position that may require domestic travel. You may reside and work remotely from anywhere in the United States that is within 100 miles of a major airport.
